liver cake recipe

Hi all, just wondered if anyone has a recipe for liver cake they can share on here. I know you use chicken liver, garlic, egg and flour but dont know if there is anything else required or the amounts and cooking times etc. Most grateful for any advice. Ta, kevin, n willow, n blaze, n lucy,lol.

Funny you should ask but I made some yesterday

I made mine with ....

Liver (after putting in food processor)

Oats

A few spoonfulls of tumeric (optional)

A spoonfull of coconut oil

I mixed it all in a bowl and placed it in a roasting tin

and stuck it all in the over for 20 minutes on 180

You can add egg, flour and more water if you wish. I like to just add the oats though as I think Frank has a little bit of a wheat intolerance
